This service includes priority and urgent delivery of letters with acknowledgement of receipt, in the form established by Urbano Express.

Delivery takes place upon obtaining the consignee’s signature in the applicable form.  Shipment status is traceable at national level.  The date of delivery is recorded, together with the time of delivery and the recipient’s data, which includes the recipient’s signature and name spelled out.  Upon verifying the consignee’s ID (client), he/she receives a copy of the delivery record, while the other copy is kept for Urbano Express Argentina.  The copy for Urbano Express Argentina S.A. is kept in our automated system for a period of 5 years.

Returned shipments include non-existent addresses, insufficient information, customer moved/died or any other data involving the consignee of a shipment, which prevented actual delivery.

Maximum weight is 20 grams, with maximum measures 35 x 25 centimeters, maximum width 0.20 centimeters.
