Urbano’s philosophy establishes that all control processes must be proactive. Therefore, during delivery activities we make random audits, either in the field or by phone.
Phone Audit: Urbano’s technology allows selecting at random a representative sample of all deliveries performed during the day. In this way, we confirm receipt of the corresponding goods.
Field Audits: Field supervisors constantly visit all routes, checking that our couriers properly follow all mail delivery procedures.
